Daily Quota

These are ingredients designed to be used throughout the day. There are many zero calorie replacements for sugar. You can use those if you “run out” of your sugar quota. If you don’t have a set of measuring cups, you can measure in mL. 1 cup equals 235 mL; 1/2 cup equals 118 mL.

  • Sugar and coffee creamer: 3 teaspoons sugar OR 2 coffee creamer singles
  • Skim Milk: 1/2 cup (for tea/coffee  the entire day)
